Have the eureka 3 in my comp already, wondering if it's worth swapping with the EVGA one specs wise ect....

Was wanting the newer mobo for the oc ability for my processor and ram... will i see a improvement in gaming?

heres my other hardware:
Intel Quad 3.0Ghz
EVGA 740GT SC 4GBDDR5
500 GB SSD
8 GB DDR3 ram
