Which Mobo?

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a Mobo for my Intel-i3 2100. Currently planing on getting ASRock Z68M/USB3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard with Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 996995 combo deal. I don't know much about asrock or mushkin. I like Asus boards and I know gigabytes are nice. I won't be Ocing or using Sli. Looking for a fairly basic board that get's the job done.

Asrock and Mushkin both are fantastic brands. Asrock is reliable and packed with features, and Mushkin have been producing good memory modules for years.
