Which Model of GTX 970 Should I Purchase?!?

I'm currently in the market to purchase a GTX 970 but am unsure of which make to get. The Gigabyte card is out of the picture as my case will not fit it so out of these cards which would you recomend the most and why? (Price is not an issue so please don't recomend a card saying
"____ because it is the cheapest card")

1). ASUS GeForce GTX 970 Strix DirectCU || 4GB
2). MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4G
3). EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0 4GB

Dang, I was gonna say the Gigabyte G1.

Price is a factor for me, so I'm holding off a couple months to see where prices end up for all cards as the R9 300's are released.
