Which modem and router should i get?

Hello i am deciding to get a modem and router with a 64 $/mo 75mps download with 7.5 mbps upload and i want to know should i get the one they offer me or should i buy my own to be safe that the signal can be reached price doesnt concern just not too overkill

who is your Internet service provider? you cant talk modems without knowing for sure which isp you have. some have restrictions on what modems work with there service.

I am getting a suddenlink internet plan they have options of getting a FREE modem but i would say the free is not going to be as great as a netgear, linksyes etc.

This also says this if i were to purchase a modem
