Which modem to buy?

Hi, I wanna buy a modem but which one of those up I couldnt decide:/.
Can u help me with this. The first thing I need is a stable connection and sustainable enough to handle 6-8 computers +tablets+phones connected to it. Sometime there r more than 20 devices connected at home . We play online games it matters too.
So far I could find those but which one would be better?
So if u have any suggestion or advices please share with me.

First you should ensure that either of these modems will support your ISP's authentication protocols. Not every modem will work with every ISP.

Contact ISP or make sure you find information that other customers are using the same exact modem.

Yes, i checked ofc. both of them r competible. Just dunno which one has better performance, some says Zyxel some says Asus getting better with modems so I m stuck between.
