Which monitor (ACER 27 inch. vs 25 Inch)

I am getting the gtx 1070 soon, so I am naturally upgrading my 1080p monitor to a 2K display. My current display is a 1080p monitor that is 27 inches long.

Here are the two monitors:

I mainly play open world games, and my main concern is which one is the better deal in terms of quality, price to performance, size, etc. and why?

wow those are very similar. contrast ratio and resolution are the same.
I would recommend going to a store and see 1440p on 25" screen because I have only seen 27" so things might seem a little small.

I like the 25" looks but unsure of the stated above.

going below 27" on a new screen might make you feel strange at the beginning. but i'm not sure how much you would care about that.
I just went through the same process and decided to get the same 27" for that reason alone.
