Which monitor do you recommend?

lg for 138€

If not any of these then recommend a budget monitor with freesync thanks

The Asus one is quite a bit more expensive and it gives you 1" more than the LG monitor. If anything I would save myself 70€ and get the LG one because the response time doesn't matter because every manufacturer lies about it and the resolution is the same on both so 70€ more for another inch is not a good deal so definitely go with the LG monitor.

This AOC is a very good deal for 160 euro. It has both, good refresh rate and response time.
And falsification of response time is mostly done in television monitors. PC monitors are compliant to pretty stringent regulations.
