I'm upgrading from a dying 290x to a EVGA GTX 1060 SSC or FTW when they come out, and neither of my monitors have an hdmi port, so I need to upgrade one. Which of these monitors should I go with? Or something else in the same price range? I play a lot of rust, also the forest, league, bf4, rocket league, and evolve. The rest of my build is I5-4690, 16 gb ram, 650 watt psu, asus h97 pro gamer mobo, samsung 250gb ssd, 1tb hdd. I used to get about 200 fps in bf4 on max settings, right now I'm getting 100 fps in rust on fast settings, I used to be able to get more fps on max settings but with my gpu dying that isn't happening. FPS in league usually stays around 300.

What's the downside to using HDMI instead of DVI?

Yeah I know they don't have G-Sync. I started to look at ones that do, but they are too expensive for me.
