Which Monitor For This Old System's Can Overcome

First of all sorry for my bad English. Im looking monitor for "gaming" at 21 - 24" My system:

Core2Duo E8500 3.16
MSI G41M-P26
Radeon hd 4870 512 Mb
4 GB DDR3 PC3-10700

Do you have a budget amount that your looking to spend? What resolution are you looking to play at ? Where will you be purchasing the monitor ?

Oh sorry i forget the details 🙁
I can spend max 250$ and im not sure about resolution. You think 1920x1080 is good for my video card's performance?
I will buy in Turkiye (Turkey)
