PLS is slightly modified ips, if backlit bleeding happens it won't be because its PLS or IPS or AH-IPS or anything, it will be because the monitor is faulty.
Only feature that is better on the Asus is the built in speakers. Personally I would go for the samsung, they all have the same specs so you won't notice a difference. Or the one with extended warranty. If you want the best picture however you should consider the Dell UltraSharp series. They are slightly more expensive IPS screens but way better.

All of them have built in speakers.
I also prefer samsung (currently I'm using samsung lcd). As far as I know IPS shows slightly real color then PLS.
Though ultrasharp is IPS technology, is there any big difference between ultrasharp and traditional IPS (LG or ASUS)?

Well it's not huge but definitely noticeable, the ultrasharps are just on another level, do you have an online store than you can link so I can get a better understanding of the prices to see if its worth it or not?
