Which Monitor is Better? ASUS vs. Samsung

Hey guys, How is it going? I am about to buy a new monitor, can you help me to pick the better one?
The first monitor is the 21.5inch Asus VP228HE
And the second is 24" Samsung S24D330H .. it's about 15$ more
What do you think? Thanks in advance .

Ofc gaming on it, and streaming movies , and can you tell me the real difference between the two monitors, please? Except the inches for sure..
