Which monitor is better

Need a monitor guys here's my options first Asus VE248H Black 24" its 170 bucks or ASUS VH232H Glossy Black 23" 5ms Widescreen Full HD 1080p LCD Monitor w/Speakers & HDMI for 124 bucks is the first monitor 50 buck better the difference is first has 2 ms compared to 5 the first has speakers and led while second one doesn't which should i get want to use for bf3
