I am debating on which of the following I should get for gaming. The QNIX QX2710 LED EvolutionⅡ(319) or the BenQ XL2720T 27IN 120HZ Monitor LED(~430). Or if you know of any other great gaming monitor that is on special for around 400$ let me know!! I want to get the best bang for my buck (Willing to spend around 400$) btw im looking for around 27"+ monitor size.

Benq will have a better time with vertical tearing and motion blur, but the colours will be diabolical in comparison, and at 27" 1080p isn't really all that great. Personally moved from a VG278H (basically the same as the Benq, same 120/144Hz deal, crap colours, 'gaming' monitor) to a Qnix, haven't regretted the decision even in the slightest. The Qnix shits all over any TN display in terms of colours, has less input lag than my Asus (sounds like bull but I was surprised too), 1440p etc.

Choice is fairly obvious in my opinion, but to be fair the 96Hz of the Qnix isn't quite up to the same standard as the 144Hz the Benq is capable of, its not there in its ability to completely remove vertical tearing, where-as to my eyes 120Hz+ is.

Which graphics card do you have? I'd def consider the QNIX and its 2560x1440 resolution. Supposedly the QNIX can OC up to 120hz. Read some reviews and apparently it doesn't have an OSD to adjust settings, only 2 buttons for brightness and 2 for volume, if it matters to you. There also may be a dead pixel or 2. The BenQ XL2720T is a good monitor though and the QC and options will be better although the resolution won't be as good. If you're looking for "bang for the buck" go with the Qnix. Heck, I'm thinking about getting one. I sure like my 3 monitors though..

I have the R7870 Core Edition
