Im searching to buy gaming monitor with good image quality and highest refresh rate and response time im mostly playing Esport multiplayers games which of this monitors its the best choice ?

Ye but samsung is VA panel and my current pc is weak im gonna buy new pc with rtx 3080 or rx6800xt
