Which monitor should I buy between these two?

I'm in need of a new monitor, and I'm looking at two and can't decide. I do a lot of gaming, so take that into factor. Around those prices are as much as I'm going to pay for one.

Oh, that one looks nice. I dunno too much about monitors, but what is IPS? And is it good?

I mainly play Overwatch and Borderlands for FPS. I play mostly stuff like Dead by Daylight, Friday the 13th, Fallout, etc. Will it effect me in Overwatch noticeably or anything?
