Which monitor should I buy??

Hi Guys,

I want to buy new monitor for me and as I dont have big experience with that so Im asking for your advice.

For beginning this is my specs:
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
Processor: i5 3570K @ 4.4GHZ
GPU: Asus Radeon R9 290X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB

Currently I have AOC 20,5" where maximum resolution is 1600x900. Thats monitor from my old rig. Now I have this PC and running all games without any problems (BF4 at this resolution 110fps) so decide to get better monitor.
Games that Im playing most are FPS: Counter-Strike 1.6 and CS:GO, BF4, BF3, Arma 3, DayZ, Quake Live, all Call of Duty series, Skyrim, The Witcher etc. and some film watching.

So as you can see thats my prefers and dont know which direction should I go. Should I be looking for some IPS, monitor with better response time or for best refresh rate??
Im looking for 23-24" monitor which will be FullHD at least, would be nice if have some speakers.
Dont mind which brand it will be as long its worth the money. Need to say that I very like those monitors with thin frames.
My budget is maximum 150£. Would prefer to buy from scan.co.uk as have good experience with them and their prices are quiet good.

Now most of you probably might choose last one as its got great reviews but Im not sure about spending that much money as just spend 250£ on GPU so you can say is that a good one but please give me advice what should get from cheaper ones. Maybe you have some other options or better place to buy. Thanks for any advice.

I only have exp. with the asus vs247h. It is a fine monitor, IMO, for gaming.
