Which monitor should I choose?

Should I choose the Acer B326HK 4k 32inch monitor (it is IPS) or the LG 34uc97. I am leaning towards the Acer monitor because it is 4k and also $300-$400 cheaper after taxes and shipping.

Than i would definitely go with the acer one because 300$ is a lot of money haha.
