Which monitor should i choose?

I have a low budget, and i spotted this three monitors that are in my range:
-Acer K222HQLbd
(1080p, 21,5", 60Hz, 5ms response time, VGA and DVI)
-Acer V226HQLBBD
(mostly same as the previous one)
-Samsung LS22D300NY
(1080p, 21.5", 50/60Hz, 5ms response time, VGA only)
which one should i choose?
If you know any other economic good monitor that i should use let me know!

monitor with vga input only , should be avoided! 1080p 5ms with digital input will be fine!
