Please tell me why and why not.

They are both very alike when It comes to specs but the best price on Amazon would be the Asus monitor. They both are 4K monitors with 1ms response time with the same size of 28". If it were me I would go for the cheaper. The good thing about the Acer though would be the movement of it. You can turn it 360 degrees with the stand but the Asus one you can't.
