Hey guys I want to get a gaming monitor for my Brother for his Birthday/Graduation from High School? He has been using a really crap small tv and a bigger tv from 2009 for gaming and watching shows. I'm going to get him a Monitor, but I don't know what to get. My Budget is $200 MAX. Here is a couple I looked at. Please tell me which I should get or any other suggestions if you think there are better ones out there. Please help his Birthday is April 20th.

For a 1080 144hz monitor there are a bunch of choices. For the money, I would get this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075D1B4SV/ref=sspa_dk_hqp_detail_aax_0?psc=1
Or the Asus VG248QE if the extra cost is fine.

The CPU and video card would be fine for most games at 1080 at 144hz refresh rate, there is no need to upgrade for a few years. Would be a waste of money to upgrade newer parts.
I have narrowed it down to these 3.

So you think I should go with the last one because its only $15 more?
