I have had a 60hz monitor forever and now I am on the hunt for a 144hz monitor. I have found two monitors that are not too expensive but would like your guy's input on which would I should get. I like the price of them because I am trying to stay around 200.

Graphics Card- Geforce GTX 1070
Motherboard- Gigabyte Z87X-D3H
Power Supply- Corsair RM850X
