Which Monitor to Get?

My monitor is about 8 years old and I believe it is going out. So I plan on getting a new one no smaller than 21.5" I've heard good things about Asus and Acer. I Personally have the Asus Vs239H, the 23" IPS monitor and I'm happy with it. You cab see some screen tearing when playing some games, but it's not that bad. I would recommend it if you're on a budget
