Question Which monitor to get

I'm look to buy a new 240hz monitor that is decent/good quality for gaming and recording

or this one

my budget is around £260/280
but i dont know too much about monitors so an outside opinion would be really appreciated

The AOC monitor is G-Sync compatible which is a plus if you have an Nvidia graphics card.
