Which Monitor would be best

I'm currently in the market for a Monitor. My main use for the monitor is gaming and watching 1080p monitors. Best color quality along with no ghosting would be best for me.

I've chosen between

The Asus seems overpriced for a TN panel. It shouldn't be more than $250 based on the specs. What makes it better than this?
