Will there be a noticable difference between these monitors? and Which is a better buy considering Monitor 2 is £8 higher in price.

Monitor 1

- Screen: 22" widesceen (1920 x 1080)
- Brightness: 300 cd/m2
- Contrast Ratio: 60000:1
- Response time: 5ms
- Connectivity: DVI, VGA

Monitor 2

-Screen: 21.5" Widescreen (1920x1080)
-Brightness: 250cd/m²
-Contrast Ratio: 20000000:1
-Response Time: 5ms
-Connectivity: DVI, VGA
 



There certainly might be significant differences between the monitors, but it is hard to say which is best without knowing more about your uses and preferences, your computer system, and the construction of the monitors.
