Which Motherboard and AMD CPU do you recommend to upgrade my 8 years old PC?

I currently own a PC with the following components:
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2
Motherboard: A79T DELUXE Socket AM3
RAM: 2x4GB Kingston DDR3 MHz 1333
2x2GB OCZ
Harddisk: 2 x WD Caviar Black 500GB HDD 7200rpm 3.0Gb/s serial ATA sATA 32MB cache 3,5Zoll intern
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX
AMD Radeon HD 7800
Thermaltake Armor+ Case (Big tower)

Now I want to upgrade my PC by purchasing a new Graphicscard, a MOBO and a new AMD CPU, my Price range is between €700 - €800, and have some questions I hope some experts can answer me:

1- Which CPU and MoBo do you recommend for me from AMD (specially after the ZEN serie has been published), for Video editing, the newest games and all around office works?

2- Which GPU Card do you also recommend for me for the same purposes as I mentioned in Q1 , plus VR and AR purposes and games? (specially after the new AMD GPUs that have been released recently)

3- Should I change other components like the RAM, HDD or the PSU to match my new upgraded components or mine will work just fine and no need to change anything else? Maybe buying a new SSD harddisk to use for the system or is it not necessary?

I am very thankful for any suggestion, and btw I will buy most my components from Amazon.de

with your budget you should be going for a mid range ryzen , if you buy an AMD cpu too that would complement your budget

yes you gotta have DDR4 , they're not DDR3 anymore . if you buy a ryzen 1400 ? i'm not sure and pair it with an rx580 or 570 see if that fits your budget . you didn't say which parts you wanna keep . try implemeting a ryzen 1400 and an rx580 on pc part picker 's site . i feel a bit sleepy now otherwise i would have done it for you

For your work get either the R5 1600 or R7 1700. The R5 1600 is about 100 less but due to bit mining I couldn't get a reasonable 1060 6GB or 1070 in the price with the 1600. I suggest this or get the 1600 with a crucial MX300 275GB SSD.

The build that elbert suggested looks pretty good to me, but I assume you will also need an operating system. Simply moving your old HDD to the new build and expecting Windows to work isn't likely. Plus the HDD will have the drivers for your old motherboard, GPU, etc. If you have upgraded to Windows 10 on your old machine, you might be able to do a clean install of Windows, drivers, etc. and activate Windows 10 on your new build by logging in with your Microsoft account ID.

Well any new game coming is what I mean, and specially VR games (I am going to buy either a Vive or a Rift Headset).
And I will Keep the Case, the PSU, the two HDDs and the drives in that case. That means I have to buy a CPU, a MoBo and the RAMs, and if necessary an SSD.

Thank you for your Suggestion.. Everything you suggested look nice but is the 1060 as good as the new AMD's GK like RX 570 or the opposite ? So you prefer 1060 or RX570 ?

Thanks for your comment. Yes I have W10 connected with my Microsoft account ID.
But what about the other accounts that are currently in my old machine? will they Transfer to the new machine if I connect my main Microsoft account ID to the new W10 machine or do I have to create them again?

The best thing to do would be to copy any data (mp3s, pictures, videos, documents) that are currently on the HDD that Windows 10 is installed on, and then format the drive and do a clean installation of Windows 10 on that drive, and re-install any programs, applications and drivers. Then you can copy back the data files onto the HDD.
