which motherboard and cpu?

I have a really old system that I'm looking to upgrade. My current plan is gtx 960 (depending on prices when the 300 series comes out) and 16gb of quad chanel RAM I want the extra RAM for live streaming my games among other things so it's wanted)

Now I'm trying to upgrade on a budget but need a decent mobo and cpu for sub £200. Doesn't need sli as I only am bothered about a single gfx card.

Oh I really would prefer Intel as well

Btw my current monitor (which I will keep for the foreseeable future is 1080p max resolution.)

Any suggestions?
