Which motherboard and PSU

I'm having a very hard time deciding on these two components.
I have already purchased the RAM, CPU, and GPU and will be purchasing the harddrive, case, and cd drive later today.

The CPU is the fx-6300 and I was looking at this motherboard:

as for the power supply I don't know which kind to get. I know I will need one with at least 500watts because of the GPU I ordered. I just don't know which brand to go with. I am thinking about getting either one of these:

It is an OK board but will not allow for max overclock the XFX PSU would be my choice, Price and modular!
