Hello. I just upgraded my old gtx 970 to an rtx 5070 ti. But my cpu is an i7 10700k andit is utilized 100 % with my new card and it crashes and reboots costantly. So i have to upgrade everything now.

I use my pc for editing photoshop and heavy gaming like in warzone that fps matter or other games thar are considered heavy.

Case: nzxt source 340 miditower
Monitor: ASUS VG278Q (probably will change in future)
PSU: Seasonic Core GX-650 ATX 3.0, a 650-watt, 80 Plus Gold-certified, fully modular PSU, PCIe Gen 5 compliant.

My budget is 900 - 1000 euros max for all parts. If it goes lower than 900 euros the better or a bit higher like 1200 would be considerable.

I will buy them from this site; These are the guys that build my pc and i will buy the parts from them and they will install them also. My country is Cyprus. I would appreciate if you go to that site and tell me products that are in stock from the site or make me a shopping card with your own suggestions but if you prefer just write them.

Cpu preferred: intel (but any suggestions for amd acceptable)
Ram preferred: 64 gb
Motherboard: Anything that compliments the rest parts
Ssd: nvme? Preferred 2-4 tb
Tower case: suggest me only if mine wont be compatible with the rest parts.

I just want the best combination so that my rtx 5070 ti will work to how it was meant to work with parts that compliment it to the best based on my budget and of course without any bottlenecks.

Thank you in advance.

Did you make sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard? Did you run DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, to manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer?

PSU: Seasonic Core GX-650 ATX 3.0, a 650-watt, 80 Plus Gold-certified, fully modular PSU, PCIe Gen 5 compliant.
How old is the PSU in your build? Even if the PSU was brand new, you are below requirements for the RTX5070Ti. You should've looked at a 750W or higher PSU for your build when you swapped in the RTX5070Ti.

What sort of temps do you see for both the CPU and GPU? Use HWInfo to monitor temps.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

@fanis93 the individual links on that site aren't working for me but these are the products and prices off that site you linked. This board gives you PCIe 5.0 for that RTX 5070 Ti.

So i was gonna change only gpu but the problem is that all parts need upgrade because they cant handle my new gpu so i decided to build a new pc. I already bought the rtx 5070 ti. So now i will buy the rest. Please tell me if they are compatible between them and with my card without bottlenecks or problems.

Here are the parts written also:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 5.0 GHz Raphael AM5 Boxed
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M AORUS Elite AX (rev.1.1) AMD B650 Mainboard Socket AM5
Case: Jonsbo TK-3 ATX Case White
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5
Case Fan: be quiet! Silent Wings 4 Pro PWM Fan140mm Black
SSD (Storage): Western Digital Black SN850X NVMe M.2 SSD PCle 4.0 M.2 Type 2280 2TB
RAM (Memory): G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL30 AMD EXPO 64 GB Dual Kit Schwarz
Power Supply (PSU): Seasonic Vertex GX 80 Plus Gold Power Supply Modular ATX 3.0 PCIe 5.0 850 Watt
Graphics Card (GPU): ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Solid SFF 16384 MB GDDR7

I already have this power supply: Seasonic Core GX-650 ATX 3.0, 650W, 80 Plus Gold, Fully ModularPower Supply. Is it compatible with all parts and with the gpu or not at all and should get the other one?

Also, out of 10, how much would you rate this build? If it's not a good combo or combatible make sure to leave your own suggestion.

Thanks in advance.

That's not from the site you linked, that's from a German site by the looks of it. Look for a board that supports PCIe 5.0 for the gpu seeing how that 5070 Ti supports PCIe 5. The B850 boards support PCIe 5.0 for the graphics card along with a few of the B650 boards such as the B650 Asus ROG.
