Which Motherboard for a HTPC

I'm planning on building a HTPC with the following configuration:

CPU : E6600
RAM : 2 GB (Haven't decided which model yet)
Case: NMedia 500 HTPC
GPU : I haven't decided yet but I need an PCI-E slot for sure

question is I have no idea which motherboard is best for my setup, keep in mind that I want this pc to cost less then 1500$ so budget is also a concern, any idea for a good motherboard?

The Gigabyte S2. It's based on the G965 chipset, which is pretty much P965 with intagrated gfx. Since you're going to be using an actual graphics card the intagrated is kinda useless, but AFAIK there arent any P965 based microatx mobos. It hasmost of the features a standard atx mobo would have. Support for 8gb of ram, PCI-E slot, RAID support, firewire, ect.

Well the case I chose can support also full ATX boards not only the micro... any ideas for a full ATX?

The Gigabyte S3 & DS3, and the Asus P5B series. If you get a DS3 or S3 make sure it's a rev 3.3 board.

More features, similar price, better oc'ing ability.
