Which Motherboard is best for this build?

My budget is up to $300
I am looking for a z270 motherboard with 1151 socket and ATX Form Factor

- Intel i7 7700k Quad Core 4.2GHz unlocked CPU
- Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Gi Gaming 8GB Video Card
- Corsair Venegeance 16GB DDR4 (3000MHz)
- CPU Cooler: Antec C400
- PSU: Corsair 850w TX850M 80+ Gold
- +6 Case fans

- I plan to get a wifi adapter in the future, and perhaps an SSD

My case is the Cougar Panzer Mid Tower and it has
- USB3.0 x 2
- USB2.0 x 2
- Mic x 1 / Audio x 1

I am looking for a decent motherboard. I have looked at the MSI z270 PC Mate however in some reviews it says that it has no optical out? Can someone clarify what this means? Does this mean I will not have sound?

Or is this Motherboard a good choice for my build? Sorry if this is a lot to ask, but this is my first build and I want to make sure I am getting a good motherboard that will have everything I need. If anyone has any other suggestions about my build, feel free to mention them

An "optical out" is for speakers with an optical connection. If your speakers use an ordinary 3.5mm stereo jack your O.K.
