hi , how are you

so i am going to upgrade my motherboard as the one i have now became old and its only compatible with AMD CPU only which is really limiting my options so i will upgrade it and my CPU
my budget is around 390 $ for motherboard and CPU , i have done some researches and found 4 Motherboards that is available in my country but i don't know which one is the best of them (if you have better ideas please tell me )
1-MSI Z97-G43 GAMING Socket 1150 Motherboard
2- Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H Socket 1150 Motherboard
3-Asus H97M-E Socket 1150 Motherboard
4-ASUS H81M-V3 LGA1150 Motherboard

i want to buy a new motherboard which i wont have to change for at least the next 2 or 3 years , A Motherboard which support the current generation and the next new generations of CPU and GPU of Nvidia and AMD so i only have to change my Graphic card and My CPU only .

my current build that i will use with the new motherborad and the new CPU :

VEGA: Sapphire Radeon VAPOR-X R9 280X 3GB
Hard: 1tb red
power supply :Seasonic S12II-520 520W 80 Plus Bronze Certified
SAMSUNG LED LCD Monitor (1920X1080)

Thank you for your help in advance :) (sorry for my bad English )

Go with Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H BK, great board for LGA1150 if you're intent on Devil's Canyon. Suztera fails to realize that there are already new SKUs out for the 1150 on the 14nm process... Devil's Canyon will last you years, go i5 4690k if you don't do rendering ... i7 if you do.

thank you for your answer but Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H BK is expensive here in my country, is there any other choices ? and if i may ask what is the defference between Devil's Canyon an Haswell ? and which one is better of them

If you mean Broadwell, there nothing new about them. Only 5-10% increased performance from Devil Canyon counterparts. Same thing with Haswell to Devil Canyon. Intel only released two desktop broadwell cpu and nothing more since Skylake is their target.
Yes the i5 4690k will last for three years or more depending on your type of usage. I merely stating the fact that socket 1150 is a "dead-end" socket for new generation of cpus after Devil canyon/Broadwell.

Yes, but Intel's not due for a "Tock" for a while... Skylake E is the only socket worth waiting for, Haswell is a very mature platform that the i5/i7 version isn't going to be trumped by Skylake... as Skylake is not a major overhaul but a 'Tick', slightly lower TDP and a dye shrinkage + improved onboard graphics is really all that's been seen. I'd say Haswell is going to retain it's value for quite sometime, reminiscent of Nehalem. A great system can be had that's not going to face any bottle necks in the next few years for probably 1/2 the price of what the skylake setups are going to hit.

Also Moamen19, the GA-Z97X-UD5H is a great board too. Most boards from MSI, Gigabyte, and ASUS have excellent Z97 offerings, just don't go H97. You can find Gigabyte Z97 boards for around the $100 USD mark, same with ASUS. Not knowing what you have available in your country as far as retailers makes it hard to know what's out there. So stick finding a Z97 board, I'd be happy to check out any models you find.

MSI offering that Cyberpower uses, it's a great board with everything one would need at the right price.

* MSI Z97 PC MATE

You mean Intel is not due for a "Tick".
I doubt Skylake-E will be that big considering the competition is rather lacking right now. Skylake was not really focused to give a huge improvement on cpu performance. It was always about the IGP. Yes Haswell can be considered as a mature platform for 22nm cpus. Yes Haswell/Devil's Canyon cpus will last three years or more depending on the type of usage.

i found that these Z97 Motherboards are available in my country with good price :
1-Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z97 Socket 1150 Motherboard( a little bit expensive)
2- Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H Socket 1150 Motherboard (a little bit expensive)
3-Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H Socket 1150 Motherboard
4-Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 Socket 1150 Motherboard
5-Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI Socket 1150 Motherboard
6-Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SOC Socket 1150 Motherboard
7-Asus Z97-A Socket 1150 Motherboard
8-Asus SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 2 Socket 1150 Motherboard
9-Asus MAXIMUS VII GENE Socket 1150 Motherboard
10-MSI Z97-G43 GAMING Socket 1150 Motherboard

i would really appreciate if you can tell me which one is n 1 and n 2 and n 3 and so on and why .
and i would want to ask you what do you think , should i to go with with a powerful CPU with a normal motherboard like for example {MSI Z97-G43 GAMING Socket 1150 Motherboard and Intel Core I7-4790 Haswell 3.6GHz LGA 1150 84W Desktop Processor}
or i go with a really good motherboard and a good CPU like for for example {Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H Socket 1150 Motherboard and Intel Core I5-4690 Haswell 3.3GHz 6M LGA 1150 Quad Core Processor} :)

8-Asus SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 2 Socket 1150 Motherboard. I would say go Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H but if it's more expensive than the Sabertooth, then no way. The Sabertooth is a better board.

I'm running 2x Ivy Bridge cpus, nothing wrong with either that won't last the next 5 years. They are close enough in performance to the 4690k / 4790k that honestly they make no real world difference.
Lga 1155 and 1150 are both dead sockets meaning there will be no further cpu releases, but that's it.

For general computing and even games, any more modern cpu will work for the next several years easily, be it Intel or AMD, most just won't be on the cutting edge of highest possible performance or maximum fps
