Which motherboard is better for a I7 7800X CPU

X299 RAIDER an MSI motherboard
or
X299 UD4 a GIGABYTE motherboard,
I've bought a few 7800x for my gaming house and I'm looking to buy the best suiting motherboard with the 2066 LGA. So I've looked at the price range and thought of buying one of these 2, so I need help figuring out which one is better,

In certain situations yes, If needed, but to be honest I don't. I'm having a semi-pro league of legends team. The maximum we will use the pc's is for streaming + rendering simultaneously while playing League. Why, does one of them have more benefit when it comes to overclocking? I read that the gigabyte X299 UD4 has the Turbo B-Clock, so as a non OC expert I can say it may come to use but not sure if I should go for it since the price difference is around 40-50EUR here in Serbia.
