H170 Chipset offers more features than the B150. RAID, M.2 storage sockets, number of USB, and Chipset PCI-E Lanes.

Then you need a B250 or H270 board , most of the previous gen boards don't have a proper BIOS loaded yet to run a Kaby Lake CPU.
