Neither have heatsinked VRMs and both have only 4+1 power phases and need custom cooling to be able to OC the CPU.

So they won't perform well and may give you problems if you load them.

I'd still go for a better mobo

on a budget that's why i have to go for something around this price range.

That´s my CPU as you can see, you can go with that gigabyte for sure and yes it has a VRMs heatsink.

EDIT: The 212 evo it´s great in fact if you have the same gpu as mine we´ll be build brothers 😀
