Which motherboard is better?

Which motherboard is better specs and what difference does it make overall? The specs are from newegg's website. Other then the 3.1 usb, what are the differences between these two boards?

the x99 mpower is mainly going to be better for overclocking, otherwise you aren't going to see all that much of a difference.

As far as the X99 platform is concerned, I think you'll be hard-pressed to find any motherboard that doesn't do a good job at just about everything since this is the kitchen sink product, just pick the one with the ports/features/aesthetics you want for the price and go at it.
