I have Dell T3500 Workstation with Intel x58 express motherboard which is very large, I just want to know which one is it? is it ATX? or extended ATX because i want to change the casing and also want to know its dimensions.

not that dell is any kind of help and leaves you in the wind but at ebay [???] they show there seems to be 3 boards used ??

Compatible Dell Part Numbers: XPDFK, K095G, 9KPNV. This is a USED Genuine Dell Precision Workstation T3500 Motherboard.

sad when e-bay gives more info the dell on there own products?

now here they say ''Product Dimensions 18 x 16 x 13 inches

http://www.amazon.com/Dell-Precision-Workstation-Motherboard-XPDFK/dp/B00UR3U0LY

the look here at page 10 ?? is larger then atx ?

http://www.formfactors.org/developer%5Cspecs%5Catx2_2.PDF

thing is with dell is it a proprietary board ?? I was looking at that hump on that one side of the board that don't seem to be standard atx of any kind ??

kinda like how dell uses btx boards as well ????

Yeah its the mobo you just showed me, is it atx or what?

like I was saying it maybe a dell proprietary board ? they don't have to meet atx standard , all dell ?? see the extra board how it humps out at the end of the memory slots ?

thing is will a atx standered motherboard mount in that dell case ?? does it have the same atx hole pattern to be mounted in a atx case weather its m-atx or axt or e-atx ??

it maybe all dell and only works with dell like I said dell uses btx boards as well in some models [how many btx compatible cases do you see out there ??]

i'll look at it some more and see if I can find something more concrete [???] but so far it seems a dell oddball ... [btx formfactor]
