Might as well go with a z370 then since the prive difference between those chipsets is minimal usually.
PCPARTPICKER only shows Z370 boards when I try to start a Coffee Lake build by adding the i3-8100 CPU.
These boards are under $155USD:

The i3-8100 is in a very weird place. It's a great CPU and intentionally limited to 3.6GHz to compete just above specific Ryzen CPU's.
But the i3-8350K is $165 ($50 more) but capable of reaching 5GHz which is almost 40% faster, so that's also worth considering with the lifespan of the PC even if you initially clock lower.
(no guarantee Coffee Lake CPU's will be available in two years if you want to upgrade)
