Which motherboard should i buy?

I would like to know which motherboard should i buy for my new gaming pc.
MSI B150M PRO-VD
OR
Asus B150M-K
OR should i save some money for a h170 board?(if yes then why).

other pc specs:
CPU : I7 6700
GPU : GTX 1070
RAM : 16GB(2X6) 2133MHZ

None of the above, H110M PRO-VH would be the better choice as it is cheaper and there's practically no difference between them.
