Which Motherboard Should I Buy?

I am looking for a motherboard with RGB. I have to be able to control the colors with a software. I also wnat it to be $0-85 $100 at the super very most. Needs built in sound. Must be Micro-atx.

You have limited options for micro-ATX AM4-socket motherboards with RGB. Most are mATX with single-color LED (such as Red-only) and most RGB-LED mobos are ATX-sized. This is your only option as far as I know (http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=870):
