Which Motherboard Should I Buy?

Hey, im looking into buying an i5 6600k for my computer. Right now, I have a Gigabyte with an AMD chipset with an AMD FX- 6300. Which is not the best for what I want to do (Video editing and Gaming) I dont know anything about motherboards so I need your help to pick one out for me. My budget for this motherboard is around $100. Please only use sites such as Amazon and Newegg.

Get the newer 7600k processor.
Your also going to need a cooler and DDR4 memory.
