Which motherboard should I choose?

I wont overclock it. I want durability on my motherboard. I will play racing simulations (like Assetto Corsa etc.) 1080p and daily jobs. Editing my photos and videos (with photoshop and premiere).

Well H270 board does not overclock either, only Z270.

Typically you only need an H270 over the B250 if you need some extra ports.

Performance wise they should perform the same.

In that case, Asus is probably a bit better quality than MSI. (although MSI has been improving) I have that Arctic board in my rig below.
Be sure to check over both boards to be sure there isn't something you personally will not like about one over the other.

I used Asus Rampage Formula x48, It is a great experiance for me. I prefer Asus every time, but now, MSI has a good price performance motherboard.

It depends. If you want to have more micro PCIe slots, go with the H270M. Both of the boards don't support overclocking, so I would prefer one with a chipset who supports overclocking. If you don't want to overclock, choose the H270M
