Which motherboard should I get for the E3-1240 V3

I´m planning on getting an E3-1240 V3 but I don´t really know which motherboard should I go for.

I´m going for a Xeon so I do not plan on overclocking but I´ve read that the e3-1240 v3 has turbo mode up to 3.8 GHz, How does that work? could I leave that "always on" so I´d always have 3.8 GHz of power? I´d also probably install a Hyper 212 EVO to keep it cooler.

Budget is around the 150$ mark (Although if a lower budget mobo is suitable for the cpu thats ok), If possible a motherboard with a good onboard sound card would be prefered.

this is the one i recommend, its 20$ over but you only upgrade in a while.

Why the extreme6 over the extreme4 though? isn´t the difference just a few more connectors and the possibility of a better cpu cooler?

Yes you are correct, get the extreme4 it's a good motherboard don't worry about the extreme 6 😀! Always choose a best answer! People really appreciate it!
