Which motherboard should I get?

Asus P8Z77 or MSI B75MA-P45? I trying to save money here but the difference between them both is great and i don't know which one to pick? :S they are both 1155 socket type i know. Btw heres what i wanna put in it:
1. Graphics card: ASUS GTX 670 DIRECT CU 2 TOP
2. Proccessor: INTEL CORE I5 3570K
3. Ram memory: 8GB RAM VENGEANCE (DDR3 1600.. i think so)
4. Power Supply: 650w CORSAIR TX650

I highly recommend avoiding MSI, for a number of reasons.

First, it's a b75 chipset, which is much worse than the (best option) z77 chipset of the Asus.

Second, Asus is a much, much more reliable manufacturer of motherboards than MSI, who can have some... issues... with their boards.

Do you mean differences between the chipsets?

The biggest downside is that the MSI board only allows overlocking through the BLCK, which will give a poor overclock and is very dangerous. On top of that, the Asus is simply better quality and comes with a much better warranty.

Sorry for late reply but, thanks i didn't mean the socket type for CPU, i just meant the features, plugs, etc... but I already chose a motherboard
