Which Motherboard should I get?

Which board is better between the Gigabyte Z170X-UD5 and the Gigabyte Z170X GAMING-6 in terms of overall quality and CPU Overclocking potential because I would like to OC my I7-6700k to at least 4.6Ghz.

They both use the same power phase design, 4 cpu core +3 iGPU doubled to 8+3 = 11 phases. iGPU phases are not doubled and Memory gets a single phase. Overclocking will be adequate but nothing compared to the G1 with 22 phases. Other than that check each to see if they have the ports and headers you want. I don't see any major difference between the 2 boards. If you can get to 4.8Ghz. OC with these boards you'll be doing good. Invest in a high end power supply.
