Which Motherboard? there are too many to choose.

Currently i have been looking at the msi m3 and gigabyte gaming 3 motherboards, i need a motherboard z170 lga 1151, and preferably black and red to match my build, sli is a nice feature to have, but isnt a must, maximum price is 150 dollars. There are so many motherboards to choose from i dont know what to get, pls help.

other than the amount of ports and sli, what is the main difference between the boards, what does it come down to? is it just prefrence of brand?
