Which motherboard to buy?

I'm stuck between these 2 motherboards but the bad reviews are turning me off from purchasing any of them. Which one do you guys recommend? Based on life of board, components, good customer service. One that is less prone to fail. If you have any other suggestions you can add them.

I use asus and biostar boards currently; your choice depends alot on your vender selection and warranty for your country from the board manufacturer. My best advise is to use the best quality power supply if you want you board to last. What other boards can you get?
