which motherboard to choose between these?

I am going to build A PC for gaming but confused in 2 motherboards to choose one. They are Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H and Asus B85M-G. Please help me to choose the correct one. And which one supports Intel Turboboost Technology?

What processor will you be using? In most cases I would recommend the H97 board, but that particular model isn't the highest of quality.

I will be using the processors i5-4690 not the K one. My budget is also not much for the motherboard. It is only 7000 in INDIAN NATIONAL RUPEE.
