I love to game, and would like to upgrade my cpu in the future to i5-9600k or R5 3600X. I need motherboard which will be good for overclocking.

AMD's and Intel's sockets are completely different. It's with this in mind that I'm having a hard time suggesting either boards above If you want to stick with AMD, then the B450 chipset would be the best route. If you want to migrate over to Intel and stay with Intel then a Z370/Z390 will be in your best interest but you're going to have to invest on a new processor.

If you must add more wattage to the PSU, go for a 650W unit made by Seasonic.
