Which motherboard should I choose for my uses:
1. mATX mobo.
2. 1151 socket.
3. 16GB+ DDR4 2400MHz support.
4. GTX 1070 Support.
5. i5 6600K overclocking.
6. Wi-Fi support.
7. Audio 5.1
8. USB 3.0/3.1

My budget is 850 ILS.
What do you think about GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5?

So far with the Z170 series, Gigabyte has really impressed. The Gaming 5 was a top performer for Gigabyte with Z97. It's also very attractive. Newegg user reviews from board owners are small in number with just 20 and last 2 were a double post.

Closest competition is the Asus Gene and that's $65 (45%) more. The Giga has 1 more SATA Express port, the Giga Killer NIC can be fussy. Gene has an extra USB port (6/2 versus 2/3/2). Gene has 7 fan headers versus 5 on the Giga. But for 15 bucks ya can add 10 more and still put $50 back in ya pocket.
